1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of custom printed and made-to-order apparel, we only accept returns in the following cases:

You received the wrong item

The product arrived damaged

There’s a misprint or quality issue

Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement.

2. EXCHANGES

Wrong size? We can offer an exchange depending on availability. Shipping costs for size exchanges may apply.

3. REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size ordered (unless a size chart was misleading)
