Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to love your gear—but we get it, sometimes things happen.

✅ Returns & Exchanges:

  • We’re not just about freedom from employment — we believe in freedom from bad customer service too. So if your order isn’t right, we’ll do what we can to fix it.

  • 1. RETURNS

  • Due to the nature of custom printed and made-to-order apparel, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There’s a misprint or quality issue

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement.

  • 2. EXCHANGES

  • Wrong size? We can offer an exchange depending on availability. Shipping costs for size exchanges may apply.

  • 3. REFUNDS

  • If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • 4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size ordered (unless a size chart was misleading)

  • Items marked "final sale"

  • 5. HOW TO START A RETURN
